Shipping & Delivery
At Origins Clothing Co, every item is made to order specifically for you. This on-demand approach allows us to offer a wide variety of designs while reducing waste and overproduction.
Fulfillment & Shipping Times
Because your items are custom-made, please allow time for both fulfillment and shipping:
- Fulfillment: It takes 2–5 business days to create your apparel.
- US Shipping: 3–4 business days after fulfillment.
- Canada Shipping: 6–12 business days after fulfillment.
- International Shipping: 5–20 business days after fulfillment.
Total estimated delivery time = Fulfillment time + Shipping time.
Multiple Shipments
If you order different types of products (e.g., a t-shirt and a hat), they may be shipped separately to ensure they are packaged safely and arrive in perfect condition. You will receive tracking information for each package.
Customs and Import Taxes
For international orders, additional customs and tax fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are assessed by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our products. Because every item is made to order, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us at hello@hiporigins.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will get a replacement sent out immediately.
Lost Packages
For packages lost in transit, please submit a claim to us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
Wrong Size or Buyer's Remorse
Because our items are printed on demand specifically for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse or ordering the wrong size. Please carefully review the sizing charts provided on every product page before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.
Returned to Sender
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
