Ordering & Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Since we are a custom make-to-order service, it typically takes 3-5 business days for production. Shipping times vary based on your location, but you can expect your order within 7-14 business days after production.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order's journey to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing orders as soon as they are placed. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After we start production, we don't allow changes.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer a range of sizes. Please refer to our detailed size guide on each product page to find your perfect fit.
How should I care for my Origins apparel?
To maintain the quality of your garment, we recommend washing it inside out in cold water, and hanging it to dry. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on the print. Please refer to our detailed Care Instructions page for more information.
Are the colors of the product images accurate?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to different monitor settings.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Due to our custom print-on-demand process, we can only accept returns for products with manufacturing defects. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you encounter such issues.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Since we produce each item specifically for you, we do not offer exchanges. We include our size guides on each product's page so you can ensure a perfect fit before ordering.
